It was posted in, showing that Davao City got the highest ranking when it comes to Infrastructure with a total score of 16.29022 followed by Cagayan de Oro, Marikina City, Makati City, Cebu City, Quezon City, IloIlo City, Angeles City, Pasay City and Manila got the 10th spot of the rankings.

On the other hand, Davao City placed no.4 with a total score of 47.716761 in Overall Competitiveness.

The results highlight the importance of being competitive in several factors, especially those which are closely examined by potential investors. It should be noted that the top three cities and municipalities for overall competitiveness also received at least one award in a category.

The Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Index is an annual ranking of Philippine cities and municipalities developed by the National Competitiveness Council through the Regional Competitiveness Committees (RCCs) with the assistance of the United States Agency for International Development.

The rankings are based on data collected and submitted by the RCCs.
